Privacy Policy
For eltsev.com Internal Tools, a private application operated by the owner of the eltsev.com domain. Effective 5 October 2026.
Who this applies to
The application is used only by the owner of the eltsev.com domain, with Google accounts under his control. It is not offered to the public. This policy describes what happens to Google account data when an account is connected.
Data the application accesses
- Google Calendar: the list of calendars; events and their details (title, time, place, description, participants).
- Gmail: messages and their metadata in the connected mailbox; drafts.
The application requests only the permissions it needs for the functions below. It does not access contacts, files, location or payment data.
How the data is used
- to present schedule and correspondence information to the account owner;
- to create, move, edit or delete calendar events at the account owner’s request;
- to prepare email drafts, which the account owner reviews and sends himself.
The data is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics or any purpose other than providing these functions to the account owner.
Automated processing
Requests are processed automatically. Where needed, relevant fragments of calendar or mail data are passed to a language-model service through its provider’s API, solely to produce the result for the account owner. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and protection
- Access tokens are stored on a private server controlled by the owner, readable only by the application’s service account.
- Calendar and mail content is fetched on demand. It is not copied into a separate database; fragments may remain in the application’s private request history.
- All connections to Google use encrypted transport (TLS).
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, and is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide the functions above (the language-model provider processing a request), to comply with applicable law, or with the account owner’s explicit consent. No human other than the owner reads the data.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Access can be withdrawn at any time in the Google Account settings under Third-party apps and services; the stored token then stops working. Request history can be deleted by the owner at any time. Requests concerning data may be sent to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
